Q: Your order page isn't accepting my American Express card, what's wrong?
A: We're sorry for the inconvenience but American Express is not a payment option directly available on our order page. HOWEVER, you can use your AMEX by selecting the PayPal option and entering your card for direct payment there.
Note - You may need to create a login before you can apply the card.
Q: There's something wrong with my order! I'm going to call my bank and cancel the payment!
A: We strive to ensure that all orders are fulfilled to the best of our ability. However there are times when things don't go quite as planned for whatever reason. When this happens, we recommend you CALL US right away so we can investigate the matter and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Stopping/Canceling a payment through your payment method will only delay matters because a third party would then be involved and will take much longer to address than working between the two of us!
Q: My order qualifies for a FREE HDMI Cable but I did not receive it with my order. What gives?
A: Orders qualifying for the free cable should note that the promotional item is shipped separately from the original order so you may not receive it right away. The item ships USPS so please allow proper time for delivery.
If you still have not received it within 5-7 days of RECEIVING your product, then please contact us so we can verify shipment.
Q: Can I choose to have Economy - Ground Delivery for my TV?
A: It depends. Typically, larger models will require Freight shipment regardless of the method chosen. The description page for the item will state that the item will require Freight shipment and the cost you can expect to pay. Therefore, selecting Economy - Ground Delivery in this case will also show Freight prices.
All other units will ship via the delivery method chosen.
Q: The item is displayed with FREE SHIPPING or Free Electronic Delivery but I'm seeing a shipping charge when I check out. What gives?
A: The FREE SHIPPING offer only applies to the Economy - Ground Delivery method that has FREE SHIPPING displayed on the item page. Make sure the correct delivery method is selected as your Shipping Option while you are checking out. For those items that say Free Electronic Delivery, please make sure you select Electronic Delivery as your Shipping Option. Once your order is processed, your license will typically arrive in a day or so. If you're still having problems, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail of the parts you want sales@lscwarehouse.com or give us a call at 888-288-2285 and we'll get you there one way or the other!
Q: Why am I getting a shipping error when ordering a TV?
A: For larger TVs (generally 47"+) Freight (TVs) is the only option.
Q: Which Shipping service do you use?
A: The method of shipment is determined at the time your order is processed. We try to select the fastest method of delivery for your item(s). All our methods (except Freight TVs and Electronic Delivery) use either FedEx or UPS.
If you wish to specify one or the other then please feel free to provide instructions in the Comments section of your check out page. Please be aware that specifying a specific shipper may result in an increase in shipping charges.
Q: Why are the shipping charges for some of your TVs so high?
A: We take great pride in ensuring that your order arrives in the best condition possible. Shipping the larger TVs via Freight will ensure that the best possible care is taken during delivery to avoid breakage. Given the dimension and weight of some of the larger units, one should expect a higher shipping cost.
Q: What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
A: We do our best to add the more popular items in demand on our website. However, if you find yourself in search of an item that we do not currently list, just send us an e-mail to sales@lscwarehouse.com or give us a call at 888-288-2285 and we'll either send you a private quote or add the item to our website during the next update.
Q: How can I check my order status?
A: LSC Warehouse will relay tracking numbers to the customer once they become available. The two most common delivery methods are UPS Tracking website and FedEx Tracking. If, for some reason, the customer has not yet received a tracking number or you are having trouble tracking an order, all inquiries can be forwarded to orders@lscwarehouse.com, where a representative will be available for a processing update.
Q: What if I want to cancel my order?
A: If the cancellation request is received right away, we will be able to halt processing on the order and cancel it prior to the product(s) shipment. However if the request is received after the product(s) have already been shipped to you, you will be notified accordingly and will need to file for a return.
We try to process orders as quickly as we receive them for the benefit of our customers, so the window for cancellation without return is a tight one. For more information regarding the returns process, see LSC Warehouse’s shipping/return policy below.
Q: Why is my order taking so long to process?
A: We try our best to ship out the ordered merchandise as quickly as possible. In order to maintain our low prices though, we must be diligent with incomplete and/or erroneous information to eliminate any possibility of a fraudulent order. Therefore, some orders may take longer than others to process while we observe our safety protocols.
We apologize for any delay you may experience but will do our best to complete the process as quickly as possible.
Q: What Is LSC Warehouse's Shipping/Return Policy?
A: LSC Warehouse features UPS as its primary shipping partner in expediting orders to its customers, although in some cases another carrier may be used in order to ensure that your product ships out as soon as possible. Products can be shipped using several methods (e.g. - Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, and Regular/Ground). Please note that your shipping vendor is the preferred choice however, there is a possibility that our warehouse may use a different one in the interest of getting the product to you quicker. Don't worry, your shipping info will still be relayed to you for tracking purposes.
Upon placing an order with LSC Warehouse, the customer agrees to purchase all selected products. Unfortunately, software and support products which are purchased through the LSC Warehouse website cannot be cancelled or returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Also, please note that any item indicated as non-returnable by the following warning in its product description: "***ITEM IS NON-RETURNABLE***" is not eligible for return, refund, cancellation or exchange.
Purchases of hardware products cannot be cancelled once shipped, but can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Hardware products must be in resellable condition and unopened with the original seal in place. Opened boxes for untampered, sealed hardware products will require a 20% restocking fee. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 14 days of the date of purchase. If the item is deemed resellable and within the proper timeframe, we will credit the appropriate amount (minus shipping) to the original method of payment. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our facilities. Customers must call to obtain a reference number for their return. Shipments without a reference number will not be accepted.
Defective hardware products may be exchanged for a replacement within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days of purchase, but within the warranty period (provided by the manufacturer, not by LSC Warehouse), the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement. LogicShark Consulting (aka LSC Warehouse) is not responsible for any delays in shipping by the selected vendor.
Q: How can I place an order to be delivered internationally?
A: Sorry, no good answer to this one. Unfortunately at this time LSC Warehouse does not ship to international locations, only to addresses within the United States.

Q: It says my item is in stock online, but I’ve been informed that it isn’t! How can this be?
A: One of the caveats in bringing great deals to the digital marketplace is that stock often goes fast. Unfortunately, the status of some of our listed products may not reflect this. As a result, some items may indicate that they are in stock when in fact they have recently been cleaned out of inventory. In these cases, an LSC Warehouse representative will contact you and offer to find the quickest ETA possible for any items out of stock, should you still be interested in ordering them.
Q: What happens if there are misprints or incorrect information on the website?
A: We try our hardest to ensure that all information on the website is 100% accurate. However, it's possible that sometimes there can be misprints in information such as item price, specifications, and product image. We strive to minimize these types of errors through a strict quality assurance process.

Q: Do you sell any grayware, counterfeit, or refurbished products? Should I be worried?
A: ABSOLUTELY NOT! We DO NOT sell grayware, counterfeit, or fake products. We are authorized partners with all the vendors listed on our website and only purchase our products through the top distributors in the United States. We stand 100% behind the authenticity of the products we offer but if you do happen to receive one (for some unexplained reason), we will gladly refund you your money upon return of the product. We take this very seriously and would want to know if you are not getting the product you paid for.
Most (if not all) our items for sale are BRAND NEW. However, there may come a time when some of our items may be restocked and/or refurbished. If that time comes, we will list that fact in the description of the product to inform you.
